After his experience in the London Law Program, Mr. Hoover vowed to help those who were of minority groups trying to survive in the United States. Mr. Hoover is currently a member of NAPABA, the LBAW, and the ABAW, all of which are bar associations dedicated to providing legal assistance to those who are minorities in the United States. Mr. Hoover has represented many Asians, Latinos, African-Americans and other minority groups in all areas of the law throughout his career.
